Welcome to Travelpreneur Life. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you and Digital Marketing 215 LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your use of travelpreneurlife.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

Travelpreneur Life is a brand owned and operated by Digital Marketing 215 LLC, a California limited liability company located at 266 F Reservation Rd. #234, Marina, CA 93933, United States.

2. What This Site Does

The Site provides information about an opportunity to become an independent travel agent through our partner, Evolution Travel. We collect inquiries from people interested in starting their own home-based travel agency business and follow up with them about that opportunity.

We are not a travel agency selling trips to consumers through this Site, and we do not directly run the Evolution Travel agent program — we are independent advisors who help people learn about and enroll in it.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or submit a form. By using the Site, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, or any related systems
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or collect information from the Site
• Submit false information through any form on the Site
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing viruses or other harmful code
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission

5. Forms and Inquiries

When you submit an inquiry form on this Site, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You also agree that we may contact you by email or phone about the travel agent opportunity, using the contact information you provided.

As stated in our Privacy Policy, we will not add you to a marketing email list unless you actually enroll with us as a travel agent or specifically opt in.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, design, and code — is the property of Digital Marketing 215 LLC or our licensors, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, republish, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, including Evolution Travel and various travel suppliers (such as Disney, Sandals, Carnival, Marriott, and others). These third parties have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or service.

8. The Travel Agent Opportunity Is Operated by Evolution Travel

Travelpreneur Life is an independent partner that introduces interested people to the Evolution Travel agent program. The agent program itself — including all enrollment, training, support, commissions, refunds, and the Profit Guarantee — is managed and operated entirely by Evolution Travel under their own terms.

If you decide to enroll, you will enter into a separate agreement directly with Evolution Travel. We are not party to that agreement and are not responsible for fulfillment of services, payment of commissions, or any other obligations under it.

9. No Income Guarantees

Becoming an independent travel agent is a business opportunity, not a job. The income you earn — if any — depends entirely on your own effort, time, skills, market conditions, and business decisions. We do not promise, guarantee, or imply any specific level of income, earnings, or results.

Any income examples mentioned on the Site (such as commission percentages, hypothetical EvoPlus profit examples, or testimonials) are illustrative only and are not a guarantee of what you will earn. The income and success of this business is entirely up to the person who joins, and is the responsibility of that person alone.

10. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Marketing 215 LLC, its members, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Site or these Terms is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Digital Marketing 215 LLC and its members, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Monterey County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be communicated through the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.
