Evolution Travel — not Travelpreneur Life or Digital Marketing 215 LLC — is responsible for delivering the services described in their agreement, paying commissions, processing refunds, and honoring any guarantees.

We are not responsible for, and make no representation about, Evolution Travel’s policies, performance, or any disputes that may arise between you and Evolution Travel.

5. Your Responsibility

The decision to enroll as an independent travel agent — or to make any other business or financial decision based on information from this Site — is entirely your responsibility. We strongly encourage you to:

• Read all materials provided by Evolution Travel before enrolling
• Ask questions about anything you don’t fully understand
• Review their refund policy and the terms of any guarantee
